Lead Intercept

Filtered local job requests for home service contractors

Get local jobs before they become bidding wars.

We watch local community posts where homeowners ask for plumbers, electricians, HVAC, and remodelers. When the job looks real, we send it to one approved contractor in that trade and zip.

Approved territories start with a free first week. Best fit for contractors who answer quickly and can take on paid work.

The market is noisy

Stop fighting over the same homeowner.

Old way

Buying shared leads. Paying for the same homeowner as five other contractors.

Pressure

Racing to respond. Dropping your price just to stay in the conversation.

Better way

You are not buying the same shared lead as five other contractors. One trade, one zip, one partner.

How the pilot works

What you get during the free week.

We check your trade and zip first. If the territory is open, you get one free week of filtered local leads before deciding whether to keep it.

What counts as a lead

A local homeowner asks for help in your trade, in or near your target zip, with enough intent to justify a fast follow-up.

What you receive

We send the request, location, trade fit, urgency, and source so you can decide whether to call.

Territory protection

We approve one contractor per trade per zip code. If you own plumbing in 98052, we do not sell that same territory to another plumber.

Proof week

Approved territories start with a free first week. If the leads are worth calling, paid pilots typically start at $500–$1,500/mo depending on trade, zip, and volume.

We only partner with one contractor per trade, per zip code.

If we work with a plumber in 98052, we do not sell plumbing leads in 98052 to anyone else. That is the whole point.
